Adam Hornung is currently the executive director of operations for Intermountain Healthcare’s telehealth program. He has overseen 26% growth of the service in 2018 along with the introduction of several new programs. Adam has responsibility for maintaining significant relationships with all clinical services within Intermountain Healthcare as well as relationships with several hospitals and healthcare entities outside of Intermountain healthcare who are currently utilizing Intermountain telehealth services. Prior to his role in telehealth Adam held an executive operations position with Intermountain Healthcare’s LDS Hospital. Adam has held leadership roles at Banner Health and the VA prior to his tenure with Intermountain Healthcare. Adam received a masters degree in healthcare administration from the University of Minnesota after a ten year career in the delivery of clinical services to mental health and substance use disorder patients. He also received a masters degree in Social Work from the University of Louisville and a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University Idaho.
