Mr. Holt is the Chief Executive Officer of San Juan Health, a county-owned health system in San Juan County, Utah consisting of a 25-bed critical access hospital and two rural health clinics. He began serving in this position in February 2015.

Prior to joining San Juan Health, Mr. Holt served as the Business Administrator for San Juan School District for 14 years. His responsibilities included budget, finance, treasury, and oversight of all support service operations. Prior to his service at San Juan School District, he held positions as the Chief Financial Officer for a private company and a regional accounting firm performing tax, audit and consulting services.

Mr. Holt is a Certified Public Accountant and received both his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in accounting from Southern Utah University.
