Ed Dzedzy

Public Health Administrator Lincoln County Health Department

Ed Dzedzy has served as Administrator for the Lincoln County Health Department, a small rural health jurisdiction serving 10,570 people in eastern Washington since 2000. Prior to that, he served as Environmental Health Director. In 28 years of public health service, Ed has focused on collaborative implementation of programs resulting in improved health in underserved rural communities. First as chair of the Lincoln County Public Health Coalition focused on systemic changes in healthcare practice and programs within two hospital districts and Lincoln County. Recently serving as Lead for the Lincoln County Health Collaborative to address healthcare system integration as part of the Better Health Together (ACH) efforts under Washington States 1115 Medicaid Waiver.
