Kathleen Pitcher Tobey serves as Director of Foundation Operations for Cambia Health Foundation. She manages internal operations and administration of the Foundation, headquartered in Portland, Oregon. Prior to this new role, Kathleen served as a Program Officer who oversaw the children’s mental health grant program, as well as the Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility for Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Utah.

Prior to joining CHF, Kathleen served as executive director of the Regence Caring Foundation for Children, a non-profit organization that provided dental care services to low-income, uninsured children in Idaho and Utah. She is past chair of the Voices for Utah Children’s Board of Directors, the Utah Oral Health Coalition and the Utah Donors’ Forum and served as a member of the YWCA Utah Board of Trustees, Utah Nonprofits
