Dr. Kelly Woodward is the Medical Director for the Park City LiVe Well Center. He is board-certified in both Preventive Medicine and Family Medicine. He has more than 30 years of experience in medical practice, graduate medical education, and healthcare leadership. Prior to joining Intermountain Healthcare, Dr. Woodward was the Medical Director of a New York-based concierge medical group focusing on wellness and preventive medicine. He spent 4 years as Deputy Health Director for the City of Alexandria, Virginia. Dr. Woodward served his country for over 22 years in the United States Air Force, wherein he led numerous Department of Defense programs in preventive medicine and health promotions and served in hospital leadership.

Dr. Woodward earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah and his medical degree from Des Moines University. He holds a Master of Public Health degree from Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Woodward completed his Preventive Medicine residency at Johns Hopkins University and his Family Practice residency at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.

Dr. Woodward and his wife, Tracy, recently moved to Park City from Alexandria, Virginia. They have 2 adult daughters, Katelyn and Sarah. As a family, they enjoy hiking, traveling, and gardening.
