Matt McCullough is the Director of the Utah Office of Primary Care and Rural Health (OPCRH). He has been in this position since August of 2017 and is currently pursuing a PhD in Health Geography at the University of Utah. He has over 12 years of experience with GIS and spatial analysis and first joined the OPCRH as a Senior Research Analyst in 2016. He is an out of the box thinker and focuses his efforts on collaborating with other organizations that share a similar vision and passion, believing that together we can accomplish much more than we can on our own.
