Stacie has been working with the senior population, specifically people with dementia, for the past 15 years. She is currently the Executive Director at Spring Ridge Park Assisted Living in Wheat Ridge, a community that is exclusively for memory care. She is an active volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association and enjoys teaching the community about dementia. She is a member of the Jefferson County Aging Well Project – Caregiving and Supportive Services workgroup, and also sits on the Jefferson County Council on Aging. In addition to her community work for Jefferson County, she is also a founding member of the Dementia Friendly Denver movement, where the goal is to educate and make Denver a dementia friendly city.
