Vincent Arribe serves as Senior Business Development Manager within Microsoft’s Airband Initiative – an organization that partners with start-ups and commercial organizations to help make Internet connectivity and off-grid energy access more accessible. Vincent’s main focus in the team are Hardware innovation, Airband’s verticals strategy in agriculture, healthcare, education and small business, as well as bringing Airband to Western Europe.
Before joining Microsoft in 2005, Vincent worked at the French Embassy in India where he stayed 2 years, and for Think Tanks on diverse topics such as International cooperation & development and Environment Sustainability. Prior to joining the Airband team, Vincent worked across several organizations within Microsoft, both in the French subsidiary and at the Corporate Headquarters, on Customer and Partner Experience, Marketing and Operations, OEM, and Market intelligence within Corporate Finance.
He completed two master’s degrees in International and Development Economics at La Sorbonne University in Paris, and at the University of Quebec At Montreal.
Vincent currently lives in Redmond, WA with his wife and children.
